If all your students are unable to access lessons and see "Not Accessible" with a grey thumbnail and a ! symbol in a grey triangle, this is most likely caused by a firewall issue on your school’s network.
To resolve this, ensure your school’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system is configured to whitelist Goodnotes’ required domains.
Domains to Whitelist
Add the following domains to your network’s whitelist to ensure Goodnotes works without any issues:
- .apple.com
- .goodnotes.com
- .goodnotescloud.com
Once these domains are whitelisted, students should be able to access their lessons seamlessly. If issues persist, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
If you are still having issues, contact Support and send over any additional information that may be useful such as Diagnostic Data from affected devices.
