Sometimes you may need to collect Diagnostic Data from Goodnotes 6 and Classroom. This data compiles the running logs of the app for a short period of time as well as information about how the app is set up, what accounts are logged in and which organisation and class folder they belong to. Apart from document names, this Diagnostic Data does not share any personal data from within Notebooks or Lessons.
To gather Diagnostic Data from both apps, simply open the menu in the Gear Icon in the top-right corner of the Documents tab > About > Export Diagnostic Data.
Each set of Diagnostic Data will be in the form of a zip file. Please make sure you send all relevant zip files when you contact Support for help.
