Onboarding tips
Onboarding teachers and students to Classroom can be done smoothly through the use of available installation and access tools. Classroom is designed to be easily scalable, so adding and onboarding teachers and students should create minimal hassle. Follow our guides to install Classroom onto school devices and setup students and teachers all through the Admin Portal. From there, users can follow the in-app onboarding guide to learn about Classroom and it's basic features.
Troubleshooting tips
To best support teachers with troubleshooting software issues, make sure you are familiar with the articles in the Admin Centre and tools in the Admin Portal. Most issues will be resolved through either of these resources. It is also useful to have a proper understanding of your school's internet and security setup incase there are related to any software issues.
