As an Admin, you have direct access to our Support Team and can contact us if you need help troubleshooting, reporting an issue, sending feedback or ideas for improvement and asking about implementing Classroom.
Before contacting Support
Before you contact us, please make sure you have exhausted the resources available to you and have tried troubleshooting the issue using the tools you have available. Please also be aware we are unable or limited to help in the following areas:
- Apple, Google or Microsoft Account Issues
- Your School Wi-Fi or Internet Connection
- Issues related to Goodnotes 6 without Classroom - See here for Support with Goodnotes 6
Please also be aware in order to continue to give great service, we only have capacity to support Admins directly and not Teachers. Please advise your Teachers not to reach out to us unless we ask you to during troubleshooting.

Please be aware that currently all contact is conducted via email and we are unable to call out or provide a number for you to call.
If you are an Admin, you will see a Help and Support button in the Sidebar of the Goodnotes Admin Console. Tapping this will take you to our Support Form where you can request support. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
Can Teachers contact support directly?
Yes, Teachers can now contact us directly through the form. We may ask Teachers to loop you, their Admin, into the email so you have visibility on the issue and its resolution.
