Your Teachers may come across rare instances where the app experiences some UI glitches or some buttons or features aren't working properly. In these circumstances, please make sure your Teacher is completing the First Steps to troubleshoot their issue.
If they are still experiencing the issue. Please follow the steps below:
- Check if other Teachers and/or Students are experiencing the problem. If they are, continue to Step 2. If they aren't continue to Step 3.
- The issue looks like it is widespread, so we may want to investigate. Take multiple screen recordings of the issue and ask Students to take a Manual Backup in Goodnotes 6 before contacting Support.

The issue is isolated to that specific Teacher. If the Teacher has performed all the First Steps, you should contact Support and provide the following information:
- Diagnostic Data from your Teacher's app
- Screen recording of the issue from the Teacher
