Why can I not log into Classroom app?

If you are attempting to log in to Classroom but are unable to, there may be an issue with your account. Before contacting your admin, attempt the following steps:

  • Force quit and reopen Classroom
  • Goodnotes Classroom only supports Single-Sign-On with Google, Microsoft, and Apple. Make sure you are using an account that belongs to your school domain
  • Make sure you are connected to the internet

I can't log into Classroom during setup

Classroom is a separate app, only meant for teachers. To sign in and use Classroom, your IT Administrator needs to set up your School and send you an invite and access code. If you are unable to log into Classroom during your initial setup, contact your Admin and ask them to check if they have properly setup your account and access code.

I have my account set up but I am unable to log in

If you're not able to log in even if you're meeting all of the criteria above, please contact your IT admin to ensure that your account is still active and subscribed to your institution.

I am seeing a "Your session has expired" error message when I log in

Your account may have been scheduled for deletion, please contact your IT Admin. If you do nothing, it may take 21 days before your account is deleted, then you will be able to create a new account.
