There may be times when you need to try deleting and reinstalling Classroom. If this is the case, please make sure you have done the following to ensure none of your data is lost.
- Close down any Lessons you have open in tabs to ensure they are all saved.
- Make sure no Lessons are still syncing, you will see a cloud icon on any documents that are still uploading to Goodnotes Cloud.
- Run Network Check first to ensure that no connection issues interrupted the sync.
- Ensure that you remember which login method you used to log in to your account, as well as the username and password to sign in.
Once all this has been done and you are sure that your data is safe and you will be able to sign in and access it again, you can go ahead and delete the app and download it again from the App Store.
If you run into issues reinstalling Classroom or restoring data
Do not panic! Contact your institutions IT admin for assistance and to run Tech Check.
